Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Merriman Ltd.

Standard products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if:

• The product remains unused.
• The product is in original condition.
• The product is returned with original packaging where applicable.
• Written authorization is obtained before return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was supplied.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection and approval.
